Eiji in his uniform for the CommNavi school where they train Tentomushi and Kamakiri for their role in the Tori-Mushi war. The plexus insignia is different for Tentojin.

This is the common uniform, there is another that includes darkgreen slacks and and a white coat with medium green shirt. The boots remain the same.
Also to note is the headset, which includes a Commjium, and simple melted glass with a tint of Mushijium in it to boost the signal for the trainees.
The Mushijium on the chest is more for display only, when a trainee graduates he gets a choice of weapon he/she has trained in and a Mushijium.
Note: CommNavi personel are NOT Senshi. Their -jium is supposed to be used for defense and to boost CommNavi signals.
